Original Style Contracts Division Acquires Dorset Woolliscroft
As of 14th September, Designworks, the contracts division of Original Style has acquired the stock and intellectual property rights for the complete range of Dorset Woolliscroft floor tiles.
Dorset Woolliscroft was previously part of Pilkington's Tiles Ltd, which went into administration on 14 June. Designworks will continue to offer the range of Dorset Woolliscroft floor tiles from the stock acquired from the administrators. This range comprises vitrified and fully vitrified floor tiles with a full offering of anti-slip tiles from R9 right up to an R13 rating, suitable for both internal and external use. The collection offers exceptional performance and safety standards within industrial, commercial, domestic and leisure markets.
Designworks are currently relocating the remaining Dorset Woolliscroft stock to their premises, with completion scheduled for late September, when the company plan to start despatching new orders from the existing Dorset Woolliscroft range. Designworks plan to restart the manufacture of Dorset Woolliscroft tiles, ready for a re-launch in early 2011, at this time Designworks also plan to add further complementary products to the range.
